He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Heban and Lucille Heban (Proch); his parents-in-law, Steve and Amelia Boris; and his in-laws, Nate, Cassabon, Dan Knorek and Kevin Boris (Kooch).

He is survived by: his wife Sandy Heban (Boris); his children, Brian, Nicole (William), Christopher (Stacy Donley) and Dr. Kelly Bugg (Joshua); his stepgrandchildren, Syd and Tori; his stepgreat-grandson Jackson; his siblings, Terry Heban (Diane) and Linda Heban (Joe); his in-laws, Cheryl Knorek, Debbie Krall (Gary), Rocky Boris (Debbie), Ken Boris (Marsha), Jamie Boris and Tambra Baskin; and his friends, Macomber Lodge and Pearson Metropark. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
