He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald "Jerry" Norris and Ida "Lee" Norris (Reynolds); his son Gregg A. Norris; his granddaughter Emily Louise Norris; his sister Suzan; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Schrader, Etta, Everett Pitts Sr., Walter Rich and James "Jim" Rich.
He is survived by: his wife E. Louise Norris (Rich); his sons, Todd D. of Bellefontaine and Steve M. of Columbus; his daughter-in-law Helen L. of Rushsylvania; his grandchildren, Jamie (Amanda), Gary (Sarah), Aaron, Steven (Cathy Beltran) and Katelyn; his great grandchildren, Addilynn, Greyson, Griffin, Garrison, Sophia and Jasmine; his stepgreat-grandson Fisher Wildenhaus; Sarah Bogardus. He is also survived by Grandfather, and many nieces and nephews.
