He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin A. Waits, and Nancy D. Waits, Sr. (Manning); his siblings, William L. Waits and Rose Mary; and his pet Niko.
He is survived by: his son Josh Waits; his siblings, Tessie Muck (Kenneth), Tommy Waits, Cindy Waits, Michael Waits (Robin) and Jennifer Temple (Barry Akers); his cousins, Johnny Waits and Greg Waits (Stacey); and his close friends, Pork Reid and Nathan Smith. He is also survived by Pops.
