He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita Lowe Partin. He is survived by: his father John Partin of Madisonville, KY; his wife Paula Mantz Partin; his son Chris Partin (Lisa) of Lakeview, OH; his granddaughter Emma Ruth Partin; his brothers, Greg Partin (Ruth) of Powell, TN and Mark Partin (Charlene) of Madisonville, KY; his brother-in-law Bruce Mantz (Lisa); and his nieces and nephews, Megan Mantz, Madison Imel, Makayla Wilson, Ryan Partin, Adam Partin and Aaron Partin.
