He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Dwayne Wright (Gretchen), Doug Washburn, Tom Washburn (Debby), Kathy Warline (Rodney), Regina Nose (Herb) and Jim Davis (Regina); his grandchildren, Savannah Self, Zak Grimes, Sierra Mills and James Davis (Melinda); and his sister Ruth Ann Brandenburg.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith Funeral Home (327 N South St, Wilmington, OH 45177). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at the Woodlawn Cemetery.
