She is survived by: her husband David Hawkins; her daughters, Donna Hawkins (Shane Gorman) and Melissa Bernard (Brandon); her grandchildren, Brianna, Mayci and Kylie; her pet Bailey; and her sister Margaret Zakany (Steve).

Memorial contributions are suggested to go to Fayette County Hospice.
