She is survived by: her husband Edward T. Haines III; and her children, Doug Self of Cincinnati, Kent Self of Peebles, Rhonda Self of Greenfield, Sandy Crabtree of Lucasville, John Rogers of Pennsylvania and Bobby Rogers. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
