She is survived by: her sons, David (Belinda) of Sabina, Daniel of Sabina and Mark Michael (Kellie) of Sabina; her grandchildren, Misty Michael (Joe), Sarah Bosier (Jeremy), Adam (Erica), Nicholas Michael, Thomas, Maria Ann, Nathaniel Lee, Madelyn Marie, Camden Elijah, Daniel Joseph Michael and Elizabeth Johnson (Michael); her great grandchildren, Sydney, Hunter Bosier, Landon, Leon Michael, Natalie, Caroline, Gwinndelynn Johnson and Kaisley Michael; her brother Thomas W. Spradlin Jr.; her sister-in-law Ruth Spradlin; and her nieces, Conni McMahon and Annette Spradlin.
