He is survived by: his wife Susan Matson Meadows; his daughters, Stacey Bogan (Paul) of Sabina and Cherie Daughtrey (Paul) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Kristyn Jones (Matt Mongold), Kathryn Bogan (Phillip Ramirez), Abigail'Rose' Smith (Derick), Paige Flinn (AJ) and Ezekiel Daughtrey; his great grandchildren, Reid, Wesley, Waylon, Julius, Violet, Maverick, Maylin and Kaiden; and his brother Michael Meadows (Wanda Sue).
