He was predeceased by: his sister Tammy Jones. He is survived by: his parents, Gale Applegate and Linda M. Applegate (Chenoweth); his daughter Dani (Phillip Ewing); his granddaughter Charlotte; and his close friend Larrena Applegate-Tolle.
