He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Gregory Howard Carey (Tina Foster) and Amy Lynn Carey (Susan Golden); his grandsons, Reed Thomas Carey (Elizabeth) and Adam Howard Carey (Melanie); and his great grandchildren, Levi Benjamin Carey, Paige Elizabeth Carey and Wade Gregory Carey.
