She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman McCormick and Maude McCormick (Stevens); and her son Thomas Moore. She is survived by: her close friend Robert Seevers; her children, Ada Moore (Roger), Misty Moore and Buss Moore (Amanda); and her grandchildren, Brittany, Chyanne, Alexzandrea, Josh, Gabrielle, McKenzie and Jazmin. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In accordance with her wishes, Donna's final act of giving was to donate her body to the Ohio University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio, contributing to the advancement of medical education and research.
