He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Matusek and Mary Ellen Grant Matusek; and his wife Arleen Mae Matusek. He is survived by : his children, Jack Lee Matusek (Jacki), Patty Kornetti (Darren) and Pam McCutcheon (Jeff); his sister Karen Stephens (Kevin); and his half-brother Jim White (Glenda). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
