Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Toothman Funeral Home (141 S Marietta St, St Clairsville, OH 43950). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Salvation Army or Belmont County Animal Shelter.
