She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Hayes Zediker and Margaret Zediker-Lewis (Fox); her former life partner John F. Lowe; her son Mark V. Ritter; and her siblings, Margaret Lovejoy, Frances Kay Russell, Sue Ellen Zediker, Tammy Lea Jackowski, Ralph Zediker (Boxer) and David Daniel Zediker.
She is survived by : her children, Tammy Jackson (Keith) of Washington, PA, Ralph Ritter (Tausha) of Martins Ferry, OH, Peggy McCort (Michael) of St. Clairsville, OH, Larissa Lowe of Cadiz, OH and John Lowe of Shelby, OH; her grandchildren, Chelsea Saffell, Haley Dunkle, Mason Marling, Megan Marling, Autumn McCort, Alexis Ritter, Brooke Ritter, Samuel Lowe, Jordan Ray, Johnny McCort, Bentley Keener, Isaac Lowe, Maverick Hague and Sterling Hague; and her great grandchildren, Preston Saffell, Elijah Dunkle and Elliana Dunkle.
