He is survived by : his wife Eleanor Flora Scott (Paschen); his children, Mark Jenkins (Elizabeth) of California, Leonard Jenkins (Patsy) of California, Eric Jenkins (Patsy) of St. Clairsville, William P. Scott Jr. (Tammy), Shawna Scott of St. Clairsville and Nancie Scott Jarvis (Thomas); and his sister Judy Scott Moffett (Ken) of Tennessee.
