She was predeceased by : her father Joseph; her former life partner Robert Gast of St. Henry; her grandchildren, Scott Albers and Anne Schwieterman Fullmer; her stepdaughter Ann Luebke; her stepsons-in-law, Dale Monnier and Dan Luebke; her stepgreat-grandchild Riley McEldowney-Monnier; and her sisters, Barbara, Irene Klosterman (Elmer), Mary Ann Waters (Frank), Marge VanDoornevelt (Robert), Ruth Brown (Norbert Giere) and Delores Sowar (Jack).
She is survived by : her husband Mark Wenning of St. Henry; her children, Patricia Albers (Frank), Nick Gast (Connie), Karl Gast (Terri) of St. Henry, Jane Schwieterman (Ralph) of Coldwater and Tim Gast of Lorain, Ohio.; her stepchildren, Joan Ardis (Bill) of Ada, Carol Detwiler (Tom) of Minster, Susan Mertz (Leon) of Minster, Mark Wenning (Debbie) of Minster, Barb Heitkamp (Dan) of Maria Stein and Eric Wenning (Jenny) of Xenia; her brother-in-law Tom Monnig; and her parents-in-law, John Gast, Jack, Jean Bergman of St. Henry, Jim, Bea Gast, Bill, Gerry Gast, Marge Gast, Marty Gast, Donna, Joe Rose, Barb Wenning (Ken) and Joan. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren.
