She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Carpenter and Virginia Carpenter (Reinholtz); her brothers, Richard and Raymond; and her brother-in-law George.

She is survived by : her husband Gary; her sons, Scott (Megan) of Cincinnati, Sam (Amy) of Newark and Shawn (Ashley) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Jake (Emilee), Josh, Katie, Addison, Anderson and Allison; her siblings, Barbara Parrilla (Joe), Terry Carpenter and Cheryl Williams (Brian); her sister-in-law Becky Carpenter (Raymond); and her parents-in-law, Larry Sites (Kate), Richard Sager (Janet), Marcia Carpenter (Tim), Loretta Megahan (Tim), Beth Walton (Todd) and Colleen Sites (George). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
