He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Charles D. Parker and Anne Parker (Mattson); and his siblings, Charles Parker (Mary) and Ruanne McElroy (Jim). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Berkey; his daughters, Cherie Lyn and Jules Dowling; his grandchildren, David Dowling and Erica McEvoy (John); his great grandchildren, Jaden, Brayson and Ashlyn; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
