He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Harlett and Marcella Harlett; and his half-brother A. James Finke. He is survived by : his children, Ashley Dean (Eric) of Troy, OH and Joshua Harlett of Charlotte, NC; his granddaughters, Eva Dean, Elliana Dean and Bellami Dean; his sister Linda Duff (Jeff) of Lima, OH; and his half-brother Richard Finke of Celina, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
