He is survived by: his father Melvin Dulebohn; his son Brian Dulebohn (Jessica); his granddaughters, Courtney and Aubree Dulebohn; his fiancée Sandra Roller; and his siblings, Janice Farley (Don), Alice Hague (Gary), Gloria Maloney (Steve), Troy, Lois Steinke (Randy) and Sharon Axe (Tom).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory (1102 Lincoln Ave, Wapakoneta, OH 45895).
