We bid farewell to Marjorie C. Daugherty of Saint Marys, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 5, 2026 at the age of 99. Marjorie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leo and Carolyn Elsass (Christler); her husband Robert "Bob" Daugherty; her sons, Ronald and Michael Daugherty; her siblings, Howard Elsass (Alice), Bernice Whetstone (Orlo), Warren Elsass, Donald Elsass (Donna), Gerald Elsass (Joann), Rev. Ned Elsass, Bonita Hughes (Lloyd), Ted Elsass, Shirley Lageman (James) and Sharon Clark; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Elsass, Jane Eichenauer (Nelson) and Earl Daugherty (Janice).
She is survived by: her children, Gary Daugherty (Diana) of Wayne Lakes and Melanie Goldsmith (Dick) of Bellefontaine; her daughters-in-law, Charlotte Daugherty of St. Marys and Rita Daugherty of St. Marys; her brother Richard Elsass of New Knoxville; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Elsass of Buchanan, Jan Elsass of Celina and Bill Clark of Lima. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
