In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Paul had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Paul may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Hoover and Evelyn Hoover (Longsworth); his brother Jamie Scott Hoover; his grandparents, Paul, Lucy Hoover, Gilbert and Ida Longsworth; and his nephews, Carlos Eugene Hoover and Steven Paul Irish.
He is survived by: his sister Schereena Hoover-Sobecki of Haines City, FL; and his nephew Jason Brandenburg of Lima, OH.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home (314 W High St, St Marys, OH 45885). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
