With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Frances Shore of Saint Paris, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 17, 2026 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Frederick and Bessie Mae Small (Pyles); her husband Dr. Estel Ray Shore, Sr.; her brother Frederick Small, Sr.; her uncle John Pyles; and her sisters-in-law, Patty Ann, Lorraine and Helen.

She is survived by: her children, Estel Ray Shore II, TaShonda Stafford (Mike), LaRonda Smith (Geoff), John Shore, George Shore (Tracy), Japhonda Wick (Roger) and Tony Stout (Tammy); her grandchildren, Tasha Moritz Lavelle (Brandon), Grant Zerkle (Brittany), Frank Moritz, Nicholas Shore (Jess), Sarah Smith Pazarentzos, Taylor Moritz Hensley (Mark), Tiffany Moritz Buehler (Jon), William Wick (Maritza), Darothy Wick Haley (James), Winston Smith (Taylor), Haley Shore (Austin), Graham Shore, Simon Shore, Alexandria Shore, Olivia Shore, Maximus Shore, Cooper Shore, Spencer Shore, Lucas Shore and Michael Stout; and her sister Barbara Avery Campbell. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren, 17 nieces and nephews; and many extended family.
