He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil McElfresh and Dorothy McElfresh (Yerian); his former wife Denise Tucker McElfresh; his siblings, Mary Purgit and Bill Tomlinson; his son-in-law John Lamonica; his granddaughter Teresa Moore; and his close friend Dane Christian.
He is survived by: his spouse Sandy McElfresh; his daughters, Amber Moore (William) and Jeana Lamonica; his siblings, Joyce Kiser (Steve), Jenny Linton, Connie May and Don McElfresh (Jackie); and his grandchildren, Haydn, Kiana, Shelby, John Michael, Jack, Warren, Savannah DeAngelo, Kaylyn, Brandon, Madison, Aluma, Mackenzie and Micha. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
