He is survived by: his parents, Brian Welbaum and Wendy Keiter Welbaum of North Hampton; his wife Rosetta Benton Welbaum; his children, Hope Conway of Springfield, Kaylee (Kyle Arthur), April Welbaum of North Hampton, Nathan Welbaum Jr. of St. Paris, Garold Welbaum of North Hampton and Michael Welbaum of St. Paris; his siblings, Amanda (Mark Webb), Katie (Roger Jaynes) and Eric (Eva Welbaum); and his grandmothers, Mary Lou Welbaum of Springfield and Winifred Keiter of New Carlisle. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
