She is survived by: her mother Mary Vera (McFarland); her daughters, Joann Dombroski of Salem, Ohio., Amy Cappuzzello (Joseph) of Salem, Ohio. and Judy Anzevino (Harry) of Salem, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Dr. Joseph Dombroski (Krista), Dr. James Dombroski (Amanda), Dr. Ann DeChellis (Thomas), Dr. Kerry Dombroski, Julie Schuler (Andrew), Jenny Mangus (Adam) and Atty; and her great grandchildren, Adalyn Dombroski, Thomas, Lucas DeChellis, Claire Dombroski, Jack, Amelia Mangus and Hannah Schuler.
