He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Crum and Pauline Crum Eversole; his siblings, Rosie Adkins, June Augustine, Harold Crum and Ralph Crum; and his stepfather John Eversole.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughters, Denise Haley of East Sparta and Marsha Blackburn (Matt Bogunia) of Salem; his grandchildren, Danton Blackburn and Jessica Haley; and his sister Sharon Crum of Niles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
