He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rogers and Georgia Rogers (Myers); and his stepdaughter Melanie Phillis Cisine. He is survived by: his wife Norma Rogers; his children, Daniel Rogers (Jennifer), Bryan Rogers (Whitney) and Brooke Febinger (Gary); his stepsons, Christopher Phillis, Joushua Phillis and Jeremy; and his grandchildren, Jace, Olivia, Elias, Christian, Aubree, Brynn, Micah, Ethan, Katelyn, Madelyn, Breelen, Trevor and Violet.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Stark Memorial (1014 E State St, Salem, OH 44460). A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to VFW Post 892 located at 496 Arch St, Salem, OH 44460.
