She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hartman and Lucille Hartman (Felger); her grandparents, Phillip and Stella Hartman; and her husband Ronald G. Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Bailey Cicconi (Shawn Smith) of Salem and John P. Bailey (Shelley Montini) of Salem; her grandchildren, Christopher Bartholow (Kim), Ericka Morris (Ron), Brock Bartholow (Aubrey), Kel'c Bailey, Cortnee Bailey, Kyle Bailey, Collin Murphy (Julia), Veronicka Morris, Kingston Bailey, Bodhi Bartholow, Vivianna Murphy and Gwendolyn Murphy; her half-brother Les Hartman; her sister-in-law Janice Wells; and her niece Amy Parilla. She is also survived by the great-grandchildren.
