He was predeceased by: his parents, Reubin Sullivan and Eva Sullivan (Wilkinson); and his sisters, Jean Clark and Sarah Adorni. He is survived by: his college sweetheart Cheryl L. Sullivan (Shorts); his daughters, Sandra Grabill (Stanley) and Sheila Johnstone (Sherwood); his grandchildren, Denver Grabill (Brittany), Heidi Forsee (John Mark), Brooke Johnstone, Daniel Johnstone, Kaitlyn Johnstone, Jenna Grabill and Jaxson Grabill; and his sister Freddie Ruth Ball.
Viewing was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Salem Wesleyan Methodist Church (1095 New Garden Rd, Salem, OH 44460). Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at the Calendar Damascus Cemetery.
