He is survived by : his wife Kay Tuttle (Critchley); his sons, Matt Tuttle (Janet) of Fort Myers and Timothy Tuttle of East Liverpool; and his stepchildren, Sheldon Brownfield of Salem and Cheyanna Musial (Jared) of Poland, Ohio.
