He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Ray and Pauline Bixler (Everson) of Greenford, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Caye Mauro; his son Mark (Heather); his grandchildren, Brandon (Regan) of Salem and Brittany of Salem; his son Matthew (Cassie); his grandchildren, Gabby and Rian Klingensmith of Sharpsville; his brothers, Phillip and Norman; his sisters-in-law, Eileen Mauro, Thelma Bixler and Mona Bixler; his brother Larry; his sons, Allen, Jeff and Terry Bixler; his brother-in-law Jim Mauro (Stefanie Graham); and his caregivers, Cheryl Oltarzewski and Shelby Grimm of Visiting Angels.
