He is survived by : his wife Christine Costa (Shuler); his children, Susan Johnson (Erik), David Costa, Rebecca Nezbeth (Jay), Christina Denham, Shawna Morrow (Wade) and Robert Spaulding; his brother Alex Costa (Kathy); and his sister-in-law Casey Costa. He is also survived by his family and friends.
