He is survived by : his mother LaVerne Criswell (Sewell) of Salem; his siblings, Deborah Hoopes (Matt) of Salem and Curtis Criswell (Lindy) of Roswell; his sons, Nick Criswell (Liz Rhodes) of Ravenna and Justin Criswell of Salem; and his grandsons, Joshua and Cody.
