It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L. Martig of Salem, Ohio, who passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David L. Martig to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel Paul and Kathryn May Martig (Mountz) of Salem, Ohio.. He is survived by : his wife Dale Ann Martig; his siblings, Linda Sartwell (Richard) of Newberg, Oregon and Keith Martig (Corrine) of Salem; his children, Julie Martig of Minerva, Crist Martig (Yenere) of Salem, Susan Martig of Chicago, Illinois and Laura Martig of Salem; and his grandchildren, Kathryn Blackburn (Kirk Massey) of Grand Junction, Michigan, Zach Norris, Christian, Isabel and Maggie Martig.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Goshen Center Ruritan Club, notated for the new playground project, and sent to 18300 Western Reserve Rd North Benton, OH 44449.
