He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Daniel and Mable Bragg (Parson); and his sisters, Lucille and Wanda. He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Burns; his children, Tammy Tapscott (Ricky) of Mechanicstown, Melissa Ketchum (Nathaniel) of Carrolton, Delmer Murray (Shelia) of Elizabeth, WV and Jami Maltonic (Christopher) of Salem; and his siblings, Earl, John, Rodger, Janilee, Edith, Geneva, Linda and Diane. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren.
