He is survived by : his wife Tiffani Heverly (Bettis); his daughter Jemma Heverly; his brother Benjamin Heverly (Ashlee); his grandparents, Ray, Mary Kay Heverly and Martha Stephen; his mother-in-law Karen Brennan; his niece Rylee Scott; his nephews, Lane Heverly and Christopher Scott; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Scott (Becky) and Justin Bettis.
