He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Bailey (Richard) of Lisbon and Rebecca Gerhardt (Berry) of Knoxville, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Jordon Bailey, Garrett Bailey, Robert Nash, Donald Nash and Laura Masarik; and his great grandchildren, Vitani and Anna.
