She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kalkbrenner and Jennie Kalkbrenner (Sherman); her former husband Stanley Herbert Douglas; her husband Gordon T. Peeples; her children, Melissa Douglas and Shawn Lee Joseph Douglas; and her siblings, Emery Kalkbrenner, Archie Kalkbrenner, Don Kalkbrenner, Joe Kalkbrenner, Grace Humes and Alice Palmer.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennie Smith (Jason) of Salem; her sisters, Dorothy Cleland of Centerville and Frances Stephens of Centerville; her grandchildren, Hailey Michelle Douglas, Dillon Jackson, Jenna Jackson, Devin Lopez, Taylor Smith, Jacob Richards, Angel Davis, Andrew Bowles, Joshua Richards, Keith Scott and Tony Webster; and her great grandchildren, Liam Hogue, Madelyn Hogue, Jackson Hogue, Vincent Richards, Celeste Richards and Khalani Scott.
