He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Chapman. He is survived by: his mother Deborah Zarbaugh Chapman of Salem; his siblings, Samantha Chapman-Crow (Josh) of Signal Mountain, TN and Eric Chapman (Stephene) of Columbiana; his grandmother LaRue Chapman of Leetonia; his niece Lillian Crow; and his nephews, Liam Crow and Nicco Senatti.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home (28 N Main St, Columbiana, OH 44408).
