She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frank and Mattie Sue Greer (Tubb); her siblings, Wilma, Polly, James, Charles and Iona; her son Dr. James Gregory Gardner; and her daughter-in-law Lynn E. Gardner.
She is survived by: her husband Reverend James Clyde Gardner; her sister Ruth Eskew of Stow, Ohio; her granddaughter Dr. Stacey Gardner-Buckshaw (Jeffrey Buckshaw); her great grandchildren, Carter and Reagan Buckshaw of Green, Ohio; her grandson Trevor Gardner; her caregiver Amy Gentile (Larry) of Salem, Ohio; and her pet Buddy.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Stark Memorial Funeral Home (1014 E State St, Salem, OH 44460).
