He is survived by: his wife Mary Ackerson (Cook); his children, Alan Ackerson (Paula) of Girard, OH, Cathy Jeffries (Jim) of Boise, ID, Daniel Ackerson (Vonda) of Jacksonville, FL and Amy Cassie Ackerson of Columbus, OH.; his grandchildren, Emily, Victor, Jason, Michelle, Jamie, Taylor and Danielle; and his great grandchildren, Dani, Rylee and Haven.
