She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Irwin and Zoe Irwin (Hawk); and her husband Andrew Clark Burns. She is survived by: her children, Carole L. Oaks of Washingtonville, Jannette L. Mathews (Ray) of Eden Valley, Jonathan S. Burns of Canastota and Matthew S. Burns (Angela) of Youngstown. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two surviving sisters.

Those wishing to honor Lorraine's memory may make memorial contributions to Calvary Baptist Church in Salem.
