Elsie leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Elsie’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Elsie will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Seymore Partlow and Margaret Partlow (Baxter); her husband Paul W. Hinson; and her granddaughter Carla Rinehart. She is survived by: her son Richard Rinehart; and her granddaughter Dawn Rinehart. She is also survived by several nieces, and one nephew.
