He was predeceased by: his parents, Daryl Weingart and Della Weingart (Weizenecker); his wife Judith Weingart (Dustman); and his siblings, Thomas Weingart, Duane Weingart and Linda Rentsch.
He is survived by: his sons, Troy Weingart of Salem, Kevin Weingart of Salem and Christopher Weingart (Sharri) of New Waterford; his grandchildren, Kyle Weingart of Chippewa Lake, Noah Weingart of New Waterford, Thomas Weingart of North Carolina, Erica Weingart of Toronto, OH, Kaylin Weingart of Charlotte, NC, Jennifer Weingart of Salem and Alyssa Davis of New Waterford; and his great grandchildren, Levi and Luke.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stark Memorial (1014 E State St, Salem, OH 44460).
