We bid farewell to James Michael Dreher Sr. of Salem, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 21, 2025 at the age of 68. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dreher and Rosemary Catherine Dreher (Abrigg); and his sister Shelly Updyke. He is survived by: his children, James M. Dreher Jr. (Lisa) of Little Falls, MN, Jessica Rekowski of Little Falls, MN and Katie R. Dreher (Arthur Pettit) of Ashtabula; his stepsons, Richard Myers Jr. of Canton and Zachary Myers (Katlyn) of Massillion; his siblings, Debbie Jakubiak (Walt) of Louisville, Charles Dreher (Diana) of Louisville, Diane Sellmam of Canton and Kimberly DuBois (Rick) of Freedonia, NY; and his grandchildren, Jaxon, Zoe Dreher, Tyler, Lucas Rewowski, Ricky, Stella Myers and Zelda Myers. He is also survived by three step grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons (1617 E State St, Salem, OH 44460). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
