He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Kollar; and his parents, Emil Kollar and Francie Kollar. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Cox (Ken) and Melissa Kollar; his grandchildren, Josh Cox (Brittany), Braden Cox (Chandler) and Katherine Flory; and his great grandchildren, Emory Blythe Cox, Eleanor James Cox and Mayer Kollar Cox. He is also survived by his children's children and grandchildren.
