With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jason Maenz of Salem, Ohio, who passed away on August 27, 2025 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rudy, Olga Delfavero, Edward and Bernetta Maenz; his stepfather Walter McDevitt; and his close friend Spanky.

He is survived by: his parents, Ernest Joseph Maenz and Kitty McDevitt (Delfavero); his stepmother Diane Maenz; his children, Abbie Maenz of Salem and Jacob Maenz (Haley) of Salem; his siblings, Steve Maenz (Lori) of Stafford, Virginia and Debbie Dunleavy of Sanford; and his stepsister Lori Grimm (Doug) of Sumter.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons (1617 E State St, Salem, OH 44460).
