He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Evelyn Smith and Ronald Smith; his wife Sandy; his children, Jenna and Trevor; his grandsons, Luka and Jaxon; and his siblings, Jackie, Jim, Jeff, Jerry and Joel.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the First Methodist Church of Salem (244 S Broadway Ave, Salem, OH 44460).
